Raz Al Ghul heads a vast majority of the League of Assassins, in his time he has sought for a male heir to take his place when he passes. He has attempted many, one even being the Batman. Batman of course, refused the offer and has been a bitter enemy since.

On the other hand, Dick Grayson, trained by the Bat possesses a strong family lineage that has only just begun to reveal itself. Grayson being blood related to one of the original Blackhawks has turned Raz's eye towards him. He has assigned his own neice, SoulmAz (meaning "never wilts) to spy on him and befriend him. Raz has great plans for Grayson ...
